Because it's a basic system, the Cambro BAR650CP110 Cambar® portable bar is partially equipped for soda service. The operator must install a premix or post-mix soda gun system. Ice can be stored safely in the 80-pound ice sink, and a cover slides over the sink when it's not in use, protecting ice from contaminants. An eight-circuit cold plate sealed into the bottom of the ice sink encourages melted ice water to drain into the bottom water channel and then into the wastewater bin. Seven bottles can be stored on the speed rail, which is detachable for cleaning and to increase space behind the bar when bottles aren't needed for catering events.

Mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters, the Cambro BAR650CP110 portable bar is intended to be moved. Its 67¹Aa€z₂-inch-wide by 28¹Aa€z₂-inch-deep by 47¹Aa€z₂-inch-high structure is compact enough to fit standard elevators, and it's made of durable, high-density polyethylenea'¬a€a polymer that resists damage from impacts and water. It's black for an unobtrusive appearance in established decor, and the material is simple to clean to preserve its original look.
