For serving alcohol and carbonated beverages, the Cambro BAR650DSCP669 Cambar® portable bar is a basic system that's partially equipped with the components for soda service. Operators must install premix or post-mix soda gun systems. To ensure dispensed drinks are chilled, the 80-pound ice sink includes an eight-circuit sealed-in cold plate. This rooftop-style plate directs melted ice into the water channel at the bottom of the sink and then to the wastewater bin to facilitate cleaning tasks. As many as seven bottles can be stored on the removable speed rail to improve organization while keeping bottles within the operator's reach.

For versatility regarding where it can be used, the Cambro BAR650DSCP669 portable bar measures 67¹Aa€z₂ inches wide by 28¹Aa€z₂ inches deep by 47¹Aa€z₂ inches high and is fitted with four 6-inch casters. Its high-density polyethylene construction is waterproof and resistant to rusting, denting, cracking, and chipping for lasting indoor and outdoor use. To blend in with high-end decorative themes, it features a Carmel design, which is accented with a decorative pattern on the fiberglass counter and elegant ABS plastic front and side panels.
