Ice can be stored in ideal conditions in the 80-pound ice sink, and its slide-back cover shields ice from airborne particulates. As ice melts, it drains into the wastewater bin, reducing hands-on cleaning tasks. Seven bottles can be placed on the speed rail, and the rail can be removed for cleaning to ensure bottles are stored on a sanitary surface.
