Because it's a basic system, this Cambro BAR730CP194 Cambar® portable bar accommodates an operator-installed premix or post-mix soda system to serve carbonated drinks. An eight-circuit, sealed-in cold plate built into the bottom of the 80-pound center ice sink chills liquids before they're dispensed. The plate's rooftop design also directs melted ice into the wastewater bin to ease cleaning tasks. Seven bottles can be placed on the speed rail behind the counter, granting direct access to the stored bottles. Despite being one of the larger models in the Cambar series, its four 6-inch casters provide smooth mobility. To protect its granite sand color, its polyethylene construction resists damage from collisions and water.
