This Cambro BAR730DSCP770 Cambar® portable bar requires operators to install a premix or post-mix soda gun system to serve carbonated drinks. Its basic system includes a sealed-in cold plate, a carbon dioxide chain, an 80-pound ice sink with a cover, and a wastewater bin for soda service. Designed to accommodate high-traffic catering events, it measures 77⁵Aa€z₈ inches wide by 28¹Aa€z₂ inches deep by 47¹Aa€z₂ inches high, providing ample space for operators to create drinks. Its modern-style Chicago design includes a decorative ABS countertop and is made of durable, water- and impact-resistant polyethylene to retain its original appearance throughout use. For smooth maneuvering, it's mounted on four 6-inch casters, and two of the casters have brakes for stability.
