To accommodate alcohol and equipment for serving post-mix sodas, this Cambro BAR730PMT420 Cambar® portable bar measures 72³Aa€z₄ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 48 inches high. Seven bottles can be stored on the unit's speed rail on the operator's side of the bar, and bag-in-box syrups can be placed on the post-mix system's two stainless steel wire racks. This bar is made of durable, impact-resistant, waterproof polyethylene, which resists rust, cracks, dents, and chips to preserve its granite gray countertop and black base, and to simplify maneuvering, it's mounted on four 6-inch swivel casters.

Operators can add syrup to carbonated beverages using the Cambro BAR730PMT420 portable bar's post-mix soda system, which includes a post-mix soda gun, six syrup pumps, a 17-gallon water tank, and a water pump. To enable users to serve large volumes of soda, this unit can hold six 5-gallon syrup boxes and a carbon dioxide tank. As much as 80 pounds of ice can be stored in the ice sink, which has a cover that protects ice from airborne particulates. A cold plate built into the bottom of the sink drains melted ice into the wastewater bin while maximizing a beverage's exposure to ice so it's chilled for dispensing.
