Its work surface is adorned with a wooden butcher block that's simple to clean, and beneath it are two shelves equipped with gallery rails to hold products securely during travel. It comes with two removable speed rails, and to ease maneuvering, this 57-inch-long by 31-inch-wide by 38 ¹/₂-inch-high unit can be pushed with its fluted handle.
