At 68 inches wide, the Continental Refrigeration DRA68NSS-F worktop fish file has lots of organized space for storing fish or poultry. Products can be placed into the four drawers, where employees can find and retrieve them quickly. For cleaning, each drawer has its own removable pan with drain tubing; excess moisture moves down this tubing and out a drain line. In the back of the cabinet, fans move air through the interior for even cooling, while polyurethane insulation in the walls prevents heat from creeping in. The interior, exterior, and top of the unit are all made of durable stainless steel that resists scratches, dents, and rust.

This Continental Refrigeration DRA68NSS-F worktop fish file has an efficient, self-contained refrigeration system. It uses R290A hydrocarbon refrigerant and an expansion valve to create and maintain cold internal temperatures. Employees can monitor the temperature level on the digital display and can adjust it on the electronic controller. In case of malfunction, the system alarms if the temperature gets too hot, notifying those nearby so they can preserve the food. The condensing unit slides out of the cabinet for servicing.
