Constructed of stainless steel, the Continental D27N12M-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table supports a long-lasting design. The unit's 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board and top compartment, which holds 12 pans, create an ideal space for food preparation. The compartment's lid is insulated to keep ingredients fresh, while the interior tub below the pans is removable for cleaning. Overall, this unit measures 27¹/₂ inches wide by 35 inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high.

The Continental D27N12M-D prep table's refrigerated base has two drawers for food storage and is insulated with 2-inch polyurethane foam. Each drawer is fitted with a chrome-polished handle and magnetic gasket. Provided with an off-cycle defrost and automatic condensate evaporator, this refrigerator saves energy while providing enhanced operation. The refrigeration system is self-contained for smooth installation, mounted on the back, and uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for the cooling process.
