Continental D27N8 27" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

From the Designer Line series, the Continental D27N8 standard top sandwich unit features a stainless steel construction designed to endure heavy use in commercial settings. The top is fitted with eight removable sixth-size wells contained in a removable inner tub. An insulated lid tops the wells, and a full-length nylon cutting board is positioned in front of this segment. Below is a storage cavity that spans 7.4 cubic feet and is fitted with an adjustable wire shelf. A solid door fitted on the front, has a workflow handle and self-closes.

Mounted at the rear of the cabinet is the Continental D27N8 sandwich/salad unit's self-contained refrigeration system, which works to bring the unit to set temperatures as dictated by the electronic control's input settings. For safe and efficient operation, the system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unit stands of four 6-inch legs to enable air to circulate underneath and behind the cabinet, preventing exhaust from becoming trapped.
