Continental D27N8-D 27" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Ideal for placement beside a preparation stations, the Continental D27N8-D Designer Line series sandwich/salad unit's top is fitted with eight sixth-size wells recessed inside a tub. These components are removable when cleaning. A transparent insulated lid covers the wells when not in use. In front of the well arrangement is a full-length nylon cutting board to streamline sandwich or salad assembly.

The Continental D27N8-D sandwich unit's refrigeration system is self-contained and mounted at the rear of the cabinet. It works to bring the interior to operating temperature as dictated by the electronic controller's input settings. To ensure safe and efficient functionality, the system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. An alert sounds if the cabinet experiences a drastic shift in temperature. The full unit stands on four adjustable legs to enable air circulation underneath and behind it.
