Continental D27N8-FB 27" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D27N8-FB Designer Line sandwich preparation unit features a stainless steel construction to ensure longevity in commercial establishments. The unit's top has eight sixth-size wells housed in an interior tub; these components are removable for cleaning. A clear, insulated lid covers the wells between use. In front of the wells is a 12-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board to streamline dish assembly.

Positioned at the rear of the Continental D27N8-FB preparation unit is its self-contained refrigeration system, which uses R290 refrigerant to ensure safe and efficient operation. Staff must access the electronic controller to set the desired holding temperature. The base cabinet's interior spans 7.4 cubic feet and is fitted with one epoxy-coated steel shelves. Its door is solid and has a polished-chrome workflow handle; the gasket is magnetically attached for easy removal and replacement when deep cleaning is required.
