Continental D27N8C 27" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v
The Continental Refrigeration D27N8C salad and sandwich prep table has a full-length, 19-inch-deep cutting board that provides space for users to assemble dishes. Its top accommodates eight included sixth-size food pans. Its bottom section is also refrigerated, and one shelf is included to hold jugs of dressing or extra jars of toppings.
The Continental Refrigeration D27N8C prep table's top, front, and sides are made of stainless steel, which gives it corrosion resistance and eases cleaning. To remove ice buildup, the unit's self-contained refrigeration system is equipped with an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator. Environmentally friendly, this system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
