Continental D27N8C-D 27" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Ideal for use in preparation spaces in the kitchen, the Continental D27N8C-D Designer Line sandwich/salad unit features a compact build measuring 27¹/₂ inches wide by 38¹/₄ inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high and is made of stainless steel. The top of the unit is fitted with eight sixth-size wells housed in a removable inner tub. A clear, insulated lid tops the wells and swings up and down. In front of the well arrangement is a full-length nylon cutting board.

The Continental D27N8C-D sandwich preparation table has a refrigerated base designed to cool the two roll-out drawers. At the rear of the unit is the self-contained refrigeration unit, which works to bring the space to desired operating temperature. To set the temperature, staff must access the electronic controller. The hot-gas evaporator reduces water collection, while the off-cycle defrost prevents ice formation on vital components. This system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
