Continental D27N8C-FB-D 27" Designer Line Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

From the Designer Line series, the Continental D27N8C-FB-D sandwich/salad unit is ideal for use alongside preparation stations in commercial establishments. It's a compact unit measuring 27¹/₂ inches wide by 38¹/₄ inches deep by 41 inches high and features a stainless steel construction. The top has an arrangement of eight sixth-size pans recessed into an inner tub and topped with a transparent, insulated lid. In front of this segment is an embedded nylon cutting board that runs the length of the unit. Below are two roll-out drawers fitted with workflow handles and magnetic gaskets.

Mounted at the bottom rear of the Continental D27N8C-FB-D combination compact preparation unit is its self-contained refrigeration system. It utilizes R290 refrigerant to ensure safe and efficient operation and operates as dictated by the electronic controller's input settings. The hot-gas condensate evaporator functions automatically, while the off-cycle defrost works intermittently. This cabinet is front breathing and sits on four casters.
