Continental D32N12M 32" Designer Line Sandwich/salad Prep Table W/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Part of the Designer Line series, the Continental D32N12M sandwich unit features a refrigerated base to cool the storage compartment and the above wells. This system is designed to be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using the electronic controller's input settings. For efficient and safe operation, the unit uses R290 refrigerant and features a high/low alert designed to notify staff of excessive shifts in temperature.

The top of the Continental D32N12M sandwich/salad preparation unit holds 12 sixth size pans in a deep tub; these components can be removed for cleaning as needed. In front of the wells is a full-length nylon cutting board. The base of the unit spans 9 cubic feet and consists of two tiers divided by the epoxy-coated steel shelf. Behind is the cabinet's self-contained refrigeration system covered by a removable panel for easy access.
