The Continental D32N8-D sandwich and salad prep table's refrigeration system cools with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The electronic controls adjust temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and the integrated defrost system combats ice or frost. To prevent heavy moisture accumulation, it features an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator. The refrigeration system's rear location makes it simple to service.

The Continental D32N8-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table can be maneuvered on 3³/₄-inch casters to fit various floor plans. It has two drawers with chrome handles for simple access. Ideal for prepping food items, the top side of the unit features a 12-inch cutting board, and an insulated top shields products stored in the eight sixth-size pans. Its durable stainless steel body is resistant to corrosion and other structural damage.
