For reliable weight bearing and high-volume holding, the Continental D32N8C-D sandwich/salad prep table features two stainless steel roll-out drawers. This one-section unit provides a 9-cubic-foot capacity for medium-volume holding. For prepping tasks, the top side of this sandwich and salad prep table includes a 19-inch-full-length cutting board and 8 pans, and the insulated top shields product from contaminants and other debris. To stay level, it sits on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.

The Continental D32N8C-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table's unique airflow system holds temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. It cools with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for environmentally friendly operation. The off-cycle defrost system is great for reducing the heavy collection of ice and frost, while the condensate evaporator inhibits moisture collection. The display, which features a high/low alarm, grants the capability for simple monitoring.
