Great for food prep, the Continental D32N8C-FB Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table features a 19-inch cutting board and eight sixth-size pans. The built-in insulated top protects items from contaminants when closed. The 9-cubic-foot cabinet holds one heavy-duty, epoxy-coated shelf for low-volume holding, and items are secured with a solid door that features a Santoprene® magnetic gasket. Since the top, front, and interior are made of stainless steel, its corrosion-resistant and durable design helps promote longevity.

The Continental D32N8C-FB prep table's self-contained refrigeration system is rear-mounted for simple access. Via electronic controls, users can adjust the unit from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The off-cycle defrost prevents heavy ice accumulation, and the condensate evaporator minimizes collected moisture.
