Made of durable stainless steel, the Continental D36N12M-FB sandwich/salad prep table promotes a long-lasting design. For optimal food preparation space, this unit comes with an 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board and a top compartment with 12 recessed pans and a removable tub. To ensure the freshness of ingredients, the compartment's lid is insulated. This unit comes with four 3³/₄-inch casters for smooth transportation between locations or when servicing is needed. Overall, this prep table measures 36 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 42 inches high.

The Continental D36N12M-FB prep table's refrigerated base has a 10.3-cubic-foot interior with two epoxy-coated steel shelves for storage. The unit is fitted with two self-closing doors that feature a rehingeable design, chrome handles, and magnetic gaskets. The prep table's holding temperature is determined by the control panel's input settings, and these temperatures are maintained with the use of polyurethane foam insulation and R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. While the hot gas condensate evaporator removes water accumulation, the off-cycle defrost inhibits frost and ice growth on important coils and components.
