The Continental D36N15M sandwich and salad prep table features an all-in-one design suitable for food prep and storage. Its 10.3-cubic-foot cabinet holds two heavy-duty epoxy-coated shelves, supporting medium-volume storage needs. The topside is geared to support pan configurations, and the integrated insulated top lid keeps items on display while providing a clear view. The top, front, sides, and interior are made of stainless steel to provide corrosion resistance and durability. Because it's insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane insulation, it stops cold air loss. Creating a level design, it's supported by 6-inch stainless steel legs.

This Continental D36N15M prep table's refrigeration system is operated via electronic control, which has a temperature range from 33 to 41 degrees. The unique airflow duct ensures temperatures are evenly circulated inside the compartment. To thaw ice on integral components, this unit features an off-cycle defrost system, and the condensate evaporator handles excess moisture. To operate in eco-friendly conditions, it uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The non-corrosive evaporator coil is resistant to environmental conditions, promoting a lengthy lifespan.
