Ideal for locations working with limited space, the Continental D36N8-FB sandwich unit is a compact preparation station measuring 36 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 26¹/₄ inches high. It's constructed of stainless steel, with 2 inches of polyurethane insulation foamed between the paneling. The full unit is constructed of stainless steel, with an arrangement of eight sixth wells in a designated tub on the top and a 10.3-cubic-foot base fitted with two adjustable shelves. Two solid doors cover the storage space, while a clear insulated lid covers the well system.

As the Continental D36N8-FB Designer Line salad/sandwich preparation station is front breathing, the cabinet can be set against a wall to prevent hot air from becoming trapped behind the unit. Its self-contained refrigeration system is positioned at the back of the unit and is covered by a removable plate for simple access. The system uses R290 refrigerant€”a safe and efficient alternative to traditional refrigerants. To set the desired holding temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, staff must access the electronic controller.
