Continental D36N8C-FB 36" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

From the Designer Line series, the Continental D36N8C-FB two-section sandwich preparation station includes eight sixth-size wells housed in a removable tub. An insulated lid covers the wells between uses to keep ingredients cool and pest free; in front of this arrangement is a full-length nylon cutting board to streamline recipe assembly. The unit's base spans 10.3 cubic feet and is fitted with two adjustable, epoxy-coated wire shelves that can be adjusted or removed as needed. The two solid doors self-close and can be locked to prevent theft or tampering.

Positioned to maximize interior space, the Continental D36N8C-FB sandwich/salad table's self-contained refrigeration system is mounted at the rear behind a removable, ventilated panel. The system is reliant on the electronic controller to determine the desired operating temperature, which can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, the cabinet is made of stainless steel and sits on four 3³/₄-inch casters.
