Continental D48N12-D 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

From the Designer Line series, the Continental D48N12-D sandwich/salad prep table measures 48 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high and offers 13.4 cubic feet of internal space. This unit can hold (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size recessed pans to store food-prep ingredients. This unit can be a valuable addition to pizzerias or sandwich shops because it has a removeable lower tub to catch food debris and is fitted with a 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board.

For interior access, the Continental D48N12-D sandwich prep table has four stainless steel roll-out drawers; each drawer has a polished chrome handle to provide a comfortable grip. This unit has Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in door gaskets to provide a firm seal to lock in cool air. For efficient and safe operation, this unit relies on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant€”an eco-friendly alternative to traditional refrigerants. Using the digital controls and display, staff can program temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To help reduce recovery times during heavy use, this prep table has 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation sandwiched between its metal paneling.
