Continental D48N12C 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D48N12C Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table has a stainless steel structure for longevity, while the 12-inch cutting board is made of nylon for wear and abrasion resistance. Equipped with a refrigerated top compartment, this prep table can store 12 sixth-recessed pans for ingredient retrieval. The interior holds two heavy-duty steel shelves and is insulated with CFC-free polyurethane foam for efficient cold air retention. For further temperature preservation, the unit's two self-closing doors feature a solid configuration and include magnetic gaskets.

Using electronic controls, staff can quickly set and adjust the Continental D48N12C prep table's holding temperature as needed. The LED display provides a current readout of these temperatures. Along with the control panel, the self-contained refrigeration system is rear mounted, which enables convenient access for cleaning or maintenance. This prep table cools using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the refrigeration system includes an off-cycle defrost to prevent frost buildup and hot gas condensate evaporator to eliminate excess water.
