Continental D48N12C-FB-D 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

With an insulated lid, four roll-out drawers, and 13.4 cubic feet of internal space, the Continental D48N12C-FB-D sandwich/prep table can be a valuable addition to pizzerias, sandwich shops, and other foodservice establishments. The interior is constructed of stainless steel to provide durability and can hold (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size, recessed pans. Operators can store food ingredients in these pans and can prepare sandwiches, subs, pizzas, salads, and wings on the 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board. To ensure cool conditions are maintained, this unit has an insulated lid and 2 inches of polyurethane insulation between the metal paneling.

From the Designer Line series, the Continental D48N12C-FB-D sandwich/prep table has a dent- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel exterior and a fully enclosed, vented case back. To avoid collision damage, this unit's refrigeration system and digital controls are mounted on the back. This unit has a front-breathing system and relies on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a set temperature holding range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
