To protect integral components from collision damage, this unit's refrigeration, digital controls, and LED temperature display are mounted to the back of the unit. The top of the unit is fitted with an 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board that can be used for food preparation; it also features an insulate lid that can be lowered over the interior to keep food product cold when not in use.
