Continental D48N8 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Featuring a self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental D48N8 salad/sandwich preparation table is a compact cabinet measuring 48 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high and made of stainless steel. The refrigeration system is mounted at the back behind a removable panel for ease of access. It's also equipped with an off-cycle defrost and a hot-gas condensate evaporator to ensure longevity and reduce maintenance requirements. For safe and efficient operation, the unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerator.

Atop the Continental D48N8 preparation table is an arrangement of eight sixth-sized pans housed in a removable well. An insulated lid can be pulled overtop to maintain cool conditions and to protect ingredients from pests. Beside this display is an empty area to support additional equipment as needed, while a full-length nylon cutting board is installed in front of these areas. To enable air circulation behind and underneath the cabinet, it stands on four adjustable stainless steel legs.
