Continental D48N8-FB-D 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Measuring 48 inches wide by 32³/₁₆ inches deep by 41 inches high, the Continental D48N8-FB-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table is designed with four roll-out drawers featuring chrome handles and magnetic snap-in gaskets. For durability, this unit is made of stainless steel and features a 12-inch nylon cutting board. The top compartment maintains cold conditions with its insulated lid and can store eight sixth-size recessed pans. The interior tub is located underneath the pans and is removable for cleaning. This unit sits on four 3³/₄-inch casters for transportation between locations.

The Continental D48N8-FB-D prep table's holding temperature is managed using the electronic controller; operators can make sure the internal temperatures stay consistent by watching the external display. This unit supports temperature adjustments between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, which is produced and maintained with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 2-inch polyurethane foam insulation. Equipped with a back-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, this prep table uses the hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost to ensure optimal operating conditions.
