Continental D48N8C 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

From the Designer Line series, the Continental D48N8C sandwich/salad unit is built of stainless steel to ensure durability and features a self-contained refrigeration system for efficiency. The solid doors are fitted with polished chrome handles and work with 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation to help maintain cool interior conditions. The refrigeration system is positioned at the back behind a removable panel and utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

The top of the Continental D48N8C preparation cabinet features an arrangement of eight sixth-size pans to the left and an open space to the right. The pans are housed in a removable well, and the extra space can hold additional equipment or packaging. An insulated lid closes over the pans to keep ingredients cool. Along the front edge of the top is a full-length, 19-inch-deep cutting board made of easy-to-clean nylon.
