Continental D48N8C-D 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

This Continental D48N8C-D sandwich/salad preparation cabinet from the Designer Line series is a compact unit that measures 48 inches wide by 38¹/₄ inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high and is constructed of stainless steel to ensure durability and corrosion resistance. The top features an arrangement of eight sixth-size pans in a removable well and an empty space to support packaging storage. In front of these is a full-length nylon cutting board for cutting and slicing foods as needed.

At the back of the Continental D48N8C-D refrigerated preparation station, behind a removable panel, is the self-contained refrigeration system that works to cool the base from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the electronic controller's input settings. To ensure longevity and to improve efficiency, the system is equipped with an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost system.
