Continental D48N8C-FB 48" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Made with a stainless steel exterior and interior, the Continental D48N8C-FB Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table withstands heavy use, while the 19-inch-deep cutting board runs the full length of the unit. The top compartment is kept cool with its insulated lid, and the interior tub is removable when cleaning is needed. The refrigerated base features two solid, self-closing doors with a field-reversible design, Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets, and chrome handles. The interior is fitted with two heavy-duty steel shelves featuring an epoxy coating for corrosion resistance, and the unit sits on four 3³/₄-inch casters for mobility.

The Continental D48N8C-FB prep table can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit with the use of R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and its rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system. These temperatures are digitally controlled for accuracy, and the external display provides a current temperature readout to ensure conditions remain optimal. If temperature fluctuations occur, an alarm sounds until the problem is addressed, and to ensure internal conditions are consistent, this prep table is insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane foam.
