From the Designer Line series, the Continental D60N12C-D sandwich/salad prep table has a stainless steel interior, front, and end panels to ensure durability and provide resistance to corrosion, dents, and rust. This two-section unit has a refrigerated base that spans 17 cubic feet. The tabletop can accommodate (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size recessed pans that hold ingredients for preparing pizza, salads, subs, wings, and more. The 19-inch-deep nylon cutting board provides a sturdy surface for preparing menu items and can be removed to ease maintenance.

The Continental D60N12C sandwich prep table has a self-contained and energy-efficient refrigeration system that relies on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain an operating temperature range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigerated base has four stainless steel roll out drawers, which can each hold a 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch food pan. To retain cool condition during heavy use, this unit has 2 inches of polyurethane insulation sandwiched between the metal paneling. To establish a tight seal when the drawers are closed, this unit has Santoprene magnetic snap-in door gaskets.
