Continental D60N12C-FB 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D60N12C-FB two-section sandwich/salad preparation station is designed with a refrigerated base for quick replenishment of the included 12-pan array. These pans are housed in a removable tub, while a provided insulated lid can be pulled down over the array to hold cool temperatures. The full-length nylon cutting board in front of this is easy to clean.

Built to endure heavy commercial use, the Continental D60N12C-FB Designer Line preparation station is constructed of stainless steel and is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane to help lock in cool conditions. This cabinet utilizes a self-contained refrigeration system that works to cool the base as determined by the electronic controller's input settings. For safe and efficient operation, the system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and can hold temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
