Continental D60N12M 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D60N12M sandwich/salad preparation unit from the Designer Line series is a large cabinet measuring 60 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high. It's made of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The unit's top has a 12-sixth-sized pan array on the left to house ingredients and an open workspace on the right to support packaging and dinnerware as needed.

At the Continental D60N12M prep table's rear is its self-contained refrigeration system that works to cool the 17-cubic-foot base interior. To set the desired holding temperature from 33 to 41 degrees, staff must access the electronic controller. To maximize self-sufficiency, the system is equipped with an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost. For safe and efficient operation, it utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
