Great for locations serving sandwiches or pizza, the Continental D60N16-FB salad/sandwich prep table can accommodate (16) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans to store various food ingredients. To ease maintenance between shifts, this unit has a removeable tub installed beneath the food pans, and to provide durability and corrosion resistance, this unit is constructed of stainless steel. The top is equipped with an insulated lid to keep pan items fresh while not in use and a 12-inch nylon cutting board to provide a versatile surface for preparing menu items.

The Continental D60N16-FB sandwich prep table has a refrigerated base that operates using R290 refrigerant€”an eco-friendly hydrocarbon. This unit has an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost to prevent moisture and ice accumulation in the cabinet. The self-contained refrigeration system is rear mounted and can be set between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To program the desired temperature, staff must use the digital controller and LED display. The front is fitted with two spring-loaded, self-closing doors, and the cabinet is encased in 2 inches of polyurethane insulation to help reduce temperature recovery time.
