The refrigerated base of the Continental D60N16-FB-D salad/sandwich prep table has four roll-out drawers that can each hold a 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan. To reduce recovery times during busy shifts, the cabinet has 2 inches of polyurethane foam insulation between its metal paneling. This insulation works with the Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets to retain cool conditions and keep inventory fresh. This unit's refrigeration system is rear mounted and relies on R290 refrigerant to maintain a set temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
