Constructed of durable stainless steel, the Continental D60N16C-FB-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table withstands frequent use and resists corrosion and rust development. To prevent air from escaping the refrigerated base, this unit is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam, and the four roll-out drawers are built with Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets. The top compartment enhances food preparation with its removable tub, which holds 16 sixth-size pans, and the 19-inch-deep nylon cutting board. Overall, this prep table measures 60 inches wide by 38¹/₄ inches deep by 41 inches high and sits on four 3³/₄-inch casters for mobility.

The Continental D60N16C-FB-D prep table is equipped with an off-cycle defrost and hot gas condensate evaporator to reduce maintenance needs and costs, which extends the unit's longevity. For simple temperature adjustments between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, this prep table is controlled via an electronic control panel, and the included display provides a current readout of the holding temperature. This unit retains its cold conditions with the self-contained refrigeration system, which uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
