Continental D60N18M 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

From the Designer Line series, the Continental D60N18M salad/sandwich prep table has a stainless steel top, interior, sides, and front; it measures 60 inches wide by 35 inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high. The base of this table has a refrigerated cabinet that's accessed through two spring-loaded, field-reversible doors with a self-closing design to help retain cool air. The self-contained refrigeration system is rear mounted to optimize interior space. It relies on R290 refrigerant to achieve set temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The system has a front-breathing design and is supported with an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost, both of which work to reduce moisture and ice buildup.

The top of the Continental D60N18M sandwich prep table is fitted with an 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board to provide a versatile surface for preparing food items. To store ingredients, sauces, and other items needed to make menu items, the table can hold (18) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size pans. To expedite the cleaning process between shifts, this unit has a removable tub under the pans to catch food debris, and to keep pan items fresh while not in use, this unit has an insulated lid. To retain cool conditions, the cabinet is built with 2 inches of polyurethane insulation.
