With a top compartment capable of storing (18) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans and a refrigerated base with four roll-out drawers, the Continental D60N18M-D sandwich/salad prep table can be a valuable addition to locations serving pizza, sandwiches, and other customizable items. To catch any food debris and streamline the cleaning process between shifts, this unit has a removable tub beneath the food pans. For efficient operation, this unit has an 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board in front of the food pans. To keep pan items fresh during lulls in business, this unit has an insulated lid. The cabinet itself is also insulated to help reduce recovery times and retain set conditions.

The Continental D60N18M-D sandwich/salad prep table refrigerated base is equipped with a digital controller and an LED display on which temperatures can be programmed. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit can maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior spans 17 cubic feet and has four roll-out drawers that can each fit a 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch food pan. To establish a tight seal when the drawers are closed, this unit has Santoprene magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets. To ensure this unit remains stable on uneven floors, this unit sit atop four adjustable, 6-inch stainless steel legs.
