To streamline the cleaning process and provide maneuverability around a workspace, the Continental D60N18M-FB-D sand/salad prep table sits atop four 33/4-inch casters. From the Designer Line series, this unit has a stainless steel top, front, sides, and interior to provide durability and corrosion resistance. The top is designed to provide a workspace for preparing food items such as salads, pizza, sandwiches, wings, and more. It can hold (18) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans and has an 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board to provide a versatile surface to prepare items. To keep food products fresh during slow periods, this unit has an insulated lid. Additionally, the cabinet has 2 inches of polyurethane insulation sandwiched between its metal paneling to lock in cool conditions.
A good choice for eco-conscious establishments, the Continental D60N18M-FB-D sand/salad prep has a refrigerated base, which relies on eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The interior cabinet spans 17 cubic feet, has a two-section design, and is accessed through four roll-out drawers. The drawers have Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets to create a tight seal. Using the digital controls and LED display, operators can program temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. If the cabinet experiences an undesired shift in temperatures, an alarm sounds to alert staff.
