Continental D60N24M 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D60N24M Designer Line series sandwich/salad preparation table is divided into two sections via a dedicated well array and a solid self-closing door. The well arrangements are comprised of 12 sixth-size pans housed in a dedicated, removable tub. Inside, the cabinet spans 17 cubic feet and includes two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves. Overall, the cabinet is built of stainless steel and is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam.

Positioned at the rear of the Continental D60N24M preparation cooler cabinet is its self-contained refrigeration system, protected by a removable panel. Staff can set the desired holding temperature from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit via the electronic controller. To help maintain the system, it is equipped with an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and an electronic off-cycle defrost system. This unit stands on four adjustable stainless steel legs to enable air to circulate beneath and around the cabinet.
