Continental D60N8 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Built to endure heavy commercial use, the Continental D60N8 Designer Line series sandwich unit is constructed of stainless steel and is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam. The base's interior spans 17 cubic feet and includes two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves. To lock in cool conditions, two solid, self-closing doors enclose the front. An arrangement of eight sixth-size wells housed in a removable tub is positioned on the top left, while an open space that can accommodate packaging and dishware as needed is provided on the right.

The Continental D60N8 two-section cooled preparation station features a self-contained refrigeration system positioned at the back of the cabinet. It cools the unit from 33 to 41 degrees as determined by the electronic controller's input settings. For self-sufficiency, the system is equipped with an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and an electronic off-cycle defrost. This system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, an efficient and environmentally safe alternative to traditional refrigerants.
