Continental D60N8-D 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Part of the Designer Line series, the Continental D60N8-D sandwich/salad cabinet features a refrigerated base divided up via the four roll-out drawers. These are fitted with polished chrome handles and magnetic gaskets. The top has an array of eight sixth-sized pans housed in an inner tub; these components are removable to simplify replenishment and cleaning. Beside the top compartment is an open space to support countertop equipment or packaging as needed. A 19-inch full-length cutting board spans the front and is made of durable easy-to-clean nylon.

Positioned at the back of the Continental D60N8-D cooled preparation table is its self-contained refrigeration system that's equipped with an automatic, hot-gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost system. Staff can set the desired holding temperature from 33 and 41 degrees via the electronic controller. Overall, the cabinet is built of durable and corrosion-resistant stainless steel with 2 inches of polyurethane insulation between the paneling.
