Continental D60N8C 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D60N8C sandwich/salad preparation unit from the Designer Line series is a large, versatile unit that features an arrangement of eight sixth-sized pans housed in an inner tub, an open space for packaging or countertop equipment, and a full-length, 9-inch-deep nylon cutting board. The base is refrigerated and spans 17 cubic feet inside. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves are included inside, while two solid, self-closing doors enclose the space.

Behind the rear panel is the Continental D60N8C cooling preparation cabinet's self-contained refrigeration system. Staff can set this system's operating temperature from 33 to 41 degrees via the electronic controller. For safe and efficient operation, it uses R290 refrigerant and is equipped with a hot-gas condensate evaporator and an off-cycle defrost. This is a stainless steel cabinet with 2 inches of polyurethane insulation.
