Continental D60N8C-FB-D 60" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

From the Designer Line series, the Continental D60N8C-FB sandwich/salad preparation table is a durable stainless steel cabinet insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam. Its top is fitted with eight sixth-sized pans housed in a removable tub, and it has a large, empty space to the right for holding packaging or dishware as needed. Along the front runs a full-length nylon cutting board to help streamline recipe assembly.

To maximize the interior space, the Continental D60N8C-FB preparation table's self-contained refrigeration system is positioned at the rear behind a removable panel. This system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and cools between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To set the desired holding temperature, users must access the electronic controller. If a drastic shift in temperature occurs, an audible alert sounds until addressed.
