Continental D72N12C 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental D72N12C three-section sandwich/salad refrigerated base from the Designer Line series is a great addition to preparation stations, as it's a large cabinet that includes an arrangement of 12 sixth-sized pans housed in an inner tub. These components are all removable for easy cleaning and replenishment. Next to the arrangement is an open space to support packaging containers and dishware as needed.

Positioned at the rear of the Continental D72N12C Designer Line preparation table is its self-contained refrigeration system, which works to cool the base from 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. This is set via the electronic controller mounted to the front-left of cabinet. The base's interior spans 20.6 cubic feet and is fitted with three epoxy-coated wire shelves. Three solid doors enclose the space and are designed to self-close to reduce recovery time.
