The Continental D72N12C-D sandwich/salad prep table has a refrigerated base accessible through six stainless steel roll-out drawers, which feature polished chrome handles for a comfortable grip. Each drawer can hold a 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch food pan or (1) 1/2-inch by 6-inch pan and (1) 1/3-inch by 6-inch pan. The base relies on R290 refrigerant to maintain a temperature holding range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit; staff must program the temperature using the digital controls and display. This three-section base is equipped with Santoprene™ magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets to provide a tight seal to ensure the set temperature is maintained.
A good choice for locations that prepare sandwiches, salads, and pizzas, the top of the Continental D72N12C-D sandwich/salad prep table holds (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans for storing food ingredients. A 19-inch-deep nylon cutting board spans the length of the cabinet in front of the food pans to provide users a versatile service for preparing menu items. This unit has a pull-down insulated lid that staff can use to cover food ingredients, keeping them fresh when not in use. This unit has an overall width of 72 inches and provides operators with a 235/16-inch countertop on the right side to use as needed. To ease cleaning between shifts, this unit has a removable tub installed beneath the food pans to catch food debris.
