With a refrigerated base that spans 20.6 cubic feet, the Continental D72N12C-FB sandwich prep table can be a valuable addition to locations looking to expand cold storage. The interior is equipped with three epoxy-coated steel shelves for storing inventory and is built with 2 inches of polyurethane insulation to retain cool conditions during heavy use. The front of the cabinet is fitted with three spring-loaded, self-closing doors with polished chrome door handles to provide a sturdy grip. The refrigeration system is self-contained and mounted to the back of the unit to optimize the interior space. It relies of R290 refrigerant to maintain a temperature holding range between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Continental D72N12C-FB sandwich/salad prep table from the Designer Line series measures 72 inches wide by 38¹/₄ inches deep by 41 inches high and can hold (12) 4-inch-deep, sixth-size food pans. With a 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board and an insulated lid to cover food pan items, this unit is ideal for preparing sandwiches, pizzas and salads. This unit provides extra counter space on the right side for staff to store food preparation equipment, inventory packages, dishware, or for other use as needed. This unit has a removable tub below the food pans to catch food debris to help maintain a clean workspace.
