Continental D72N18-D 72" Designer Line Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The 72-inch wide by 32³/₁₆-inch deep by 43¹/₄-inch high Continental D72N18-D Designer Line sandwich/salad prep table is fitted with four adjustable legs for balance on rough surfaces. The table's stainless steel structure withstands heavy-duty use, while the full-length nylon cutting board features a nonporous surface that prevents bacteria growth and is easy to clean. Equipped with two top compartments, this unit supports easy-to-reach storage and can hold 18 sixth-size recessed pans.

Designed with a refrigerated base, the Continental D72N18-D prep table offers 20.6 cubic feet of interior space between its six roll-out drawers. The cabinet is insulated with polyurethane foam, while the self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon for cooling; both the insulation and refrigerant work to maintain temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can set and adjust the holding temperature using the electronic controller, which comes with an LED display and high/low temperature alarm.
